Solera Holdings, a provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, has purchased Netherlands-based collision repair shop management system provider, K&S Beheer BV.

Solera said combining K&S Beheer’s products with its distribution capabilities will allow the company to offer collision repair shops in the Netherlands an integrated management solution that controls most operational elements of the collision repair process.

Solera founder, chairman and CEO Tony Aquila said this acquisition marks the fourth M&A investment the firm made to further execute the mission to create a high value, integrated platform for collision repair shop partners to communicate and transact business more seamlessly.

The Solera companies include Audatex in the US, Canada, and in more than 45 additional countries, Informex in Belgium and Greece, Sidexa in France, ABZ and Market Scan in The Netherlands, HPI in the UK, AUTOOnline providing salvage disposition in a number of European and Latin American countries, Hollander serving the North American recycling market, Explore providing data to US P&C insurers used in the re-underwriting of their insured drivers, and IMS providing medical review services.
