Brown & Brown Insurance unit Sitzmann Morris & Lavis Insurance Agency (SML) has appointed Daniel Faustina as a sales consultant.
SML vice president Don Morris said the company was excited that an industry authority of Dan’s caliber has decided to join the firm.
"His proven track record in providing customized benefit solutions will immediately impact our clientele," Morris added.
In his new role, Faustina will advise clients regarding their group and individual insurance plans.
Prior to joining SML, Faustina served California Coastal Insurance as vice president of Employee Benefits where he focused on strategic benefit design and financial analysis for the mid-market employee benefit marketplace.
SML is a brokerage firm that offers employee benefit, life insurance, estate planning and risk management fields.
