To facilitate insurance Agents submit Medicare Supplement applications to Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company for their clients

Standard Life and Accident Insurance (SLAICO) has introduced an online Medicare Supplement application submission process.

The online process intends to help insurance Agents submit Medicare Supplement applications to Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company (SLAICO) for their clients. The Agent can complete the e-application on the secure SLAICO portal for the client, then submit it directly to Underwriting. Upon receipt, SLAICO calls the client for a voice signature, confirming their approval.

The process is executed online, eliminating the need for the client to fill out the application and submit it by regular mail to the Agent, or for the Agent to email the application to the client for an eSignature.

This process is expected to generate more sales for the Agent and less work for the client. Agents no longer have to make house calls to generate a sale, nor do they need to wait to receive applications by mail.
