Utah-based Sentinel Security Life Insurance has deployed CallidusCloud's Litmos learning management system (LMS) to offer training courses and assessments to its employees, agents and policyholders.

Sentinel National Sales director Dan Hudgens said the company was searching for a cost-effective and flexible product that will enable growth with increase in its needs and resources, with minimal development.

”CallidusCloud’s Litmos proved to be the best fit for our needs and we are currently building an online training library to better educate everyone involved in the distribution of our insurance products,” Hudgens added.

Litmos LMS serves as an easy-to-use mobile technology for learning and training by providing a platform for customers to develop and manage professional-looking online courses themselves.

The SCORM-certified hosted training system also provide users with access to real-time reporting to view the status and scores of students training programs.

Sentinel currently uses CallidusCloud’s Incentive Compensation Management solution for management of incentives and bonus plans of its agents, as part of the agreement signed in the third quarter of 2012.
