Dr. Miller will return to a single focus on the ongoing strategic and tactical management
SeaBright Insurance Holdings (SeaBright) has appointed Jeffrey Miller as Chief Operating Officer of Total HealthCare Management (THM). In this role, Mr. Miller will have operational responsibility for all THM product offerings, including medical bill review and utilization review.
Mr. Miller, with over 30 years of experience, replaces Dr. Marc Miller, SeaBright’ Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, who also served as COO of THM since its acquisition by SeaBright.

The company stated that Dr. Miller will return to a single focus on the ongoing strategic and tactical management of SeaBright’ significant medical expenditures, incurred by its policyholders’ injured workers.
