Life Partners has appointed Scott Dubs as its chief financial officer, who has 36 years of financial experience, including 12 years as an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers and 24 years as CFO/VP of Finance.

Dubs has succeeded Dave Martin and comes with substantial experience in various industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, food service distribution and office equipment.

Life Partners chairman Brian Pardo said, "Scott Dubs is a seasoned financial executive who brings a wealth of public accounting and financial management experience to Life Partners."

Before Life Partners, he worked as interim chief financial officer for the North American Region of Acision, a telecommunications company.

He also served as chief financial officer or vice-president of Finance of New World Brands from 2010-2011; Bothwell Capital 2006-2010; Aviation Services 2003-2006; American Ironhorse Motorcycle 2001-2003; Alliant Food Service 2000-2001; Monarch Business Systems 1996-1999; and Erskine from 1988-1994.
