Boston-based The Sallop Insurance Agency partnering Allied World, has introduced a new insurance program which is designed specifically to meet the needs of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) practices, laboratories and their physicians.
Sallop has formalized an exclusive agreement with MedTech For Solutions, a New York-based company that offers specialty purchasing, laboratory and business services to ART practices, to offer the program through MedTech’s Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) which represents more than 150 ART member practices.
The MedTech GPO enables practices to recognize significant savings on all medical, pharmacy, laboratory, capital equipment and office purchasing needs.
Sallap Insurance said that the new program’s coverage and rates, developed specifically for reproductive medicine practices, fit ART practitioners’ needs.
Sallop vice president Gina Matarazzo said that Sallop, Allied World and MedTech are excited to be able to offer an outstanding insurance program designed to satisfy the unique needs of the reproductive industry and its physicians at a rate structure that accurately reflects their more favorable loss ratios.
MedTech CEO Dwight Ryan said MedTech is dedicated to creating solutions to satisfy the needs of GPO member practices at significant savings.
