RSA, a UK based insurance company, has appointed Chris Colahan as new Hong Kong chief executive. Colahan will replace Chris Dooley, who will be moving to the UAE as chief executive for that market.

Colahan was previously country manager of RSA’s retail business in Singapore.

Chris has been with RSA since 2005, starting in group strategy in London before accepting a position as regional manager of strategy and change for Asia & Middle East.

After several years, he moved to become the Singapore country manager for retail, before accepting his current position.

The RSA transacts business in 24 countries from eight operations across Asia, Middle East and India. It provides insurance solutions for both corporates and individuals including large and complex risks, mid market commercial risks and retail customers.
