R&R Insurance Services, a US based independently owned insurance agency has selected David Lancaster as vice president of employee benefits.
Having 25 years of experience in running insurance operations, agency relationships and team development, Lancaster will help the firm to effectively manage the employee benefit section.
Before heading towards R&R, he served at Liberty Mutual in various leading positions including president and CEO of Indiana Insurance.
Commenting on the new appointment, R&R Insurance Services president Ken Riesch said David brings a wealth of knowledge to the company’s management team and is well suited to run its employee benefits operation.
"We are counting on David to enhance our employee benefits division so we may better be able to respond to the changes the industry is presenting," Riesch added.
