Royal & SunAlliance Canada Group, a property, automobile and commercial insurer, has completed the acquisition of Canadian Northern Shield Insurance Company from The CUMIS Group.
Ken Keenan, who has most recently served as director of sales and marketing at Royal & SunAlliance in Ireland, has been appointed as the president of Canadian Northern Shield (CNS).
