RLI, a specialty insurance company, has promoted both Jennifer Klobnak and Chris Randall to vice president, risk services.

According to the underwriter, Klobnak will oversee property and personal lines products, while Randall will spearhead commercial casualty, packages and financial products.

Both Klobnak and Randall will report to Craig Kliethermes, senior vice president, risk services, the firm said.

Klobnak joined the firm in 2000 as a treasury analyst and since then has handled various senior positions, including accounting and enterprise risk management in the firm.

Prior to the current role, Klobnak served as assistant vice president, risk services, where she supported the E&S Property and Reinsurance divisions.

With a diverse insurance of 18 years, Randall joined RIL in 2002 as a reserving actuary, and was serving as assistant vice president, risk services, where he supported new products and the Transportation and Marine divisions.

Kliethermes said, "Chris has been instrumental in driving RLI growth initiatives. His strong leadership skills and industry expertise will help RLI continue to expand and diversify its product footprint."
