The company said that the new website is designed to support needs of brokers focusing on small and mid-sized enterprises and personal lines risks. It provides brokers with direct, local access to insurance products and services through RSCIA that were formerly available through AI Risk.
According to RSCIA, through the new website brokers can access ProgramConnect, its online quote and bind system, which is designed to make it easy to reserve, quote, bind and issue qualifying risks 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. The system can also be used to process endorsements online.
