RenaissanceRe, a global provider of reinsurance and insurance services, has appointed Jeffrey D. Kelly as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, effective July 6, 2009. Kelly will also join the company’s executive committee.
Kelly formerly served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of National City Corporation. He is a member of the board of directors of The Progressive Corporation, where he serves as Chairman of the Investment and Capital committee.
