Riverfront is a property/casualty insurance company, with annual premium volume of about $5 million.

A Kingston-based firm has acquired majority interest in Riverfront Insurance of Watervliet – reported Bizjournals. Terms of the deal between Frank H. Reis Inc. and Riverfront owner Kim Julien-Brown, were not yet disclosed.

Riverfront, a property/casualty insurance company with annual premium volume of about $5 million, will become a member of the Reis Group, the management arm of the Kingston’ insurance, risk management and financial services firm.

Julien-Brown will become Senior Vice President of Reis. She said: “I’ve been doing everything myself for years,” she said. “Now I can focus on sales, which I never really got to do. This is a great merger.”
