Reich Insurance, UK's independent insurance brokers, has completed its second acquisition in two months, with the purchase of Glasgow-based Surenet Agency.
Surenet Agency has a client base centered predominantly in Scotland and the North West, and has been placing insurance business on behalf of commercial and property investor clients for over 10 years.
The second acquisition follows with recent the addition of Bolton-based D Barnett Insurance Brokers to its network.
Reich said that the move further demonstrates its commitment to growing its portfolio, both organically and through acquisitions.
Reich Insurance managing director Simon Taylor said this latest acquisition will further strengthen the offering to provide first-class customer service.
"Whilst most of our success comes from organic growth, we will continue to explore other acquisition opportunities provided that we can identify a definite synergy with the company in question," Taylor said.
