Regions Insurance, an affiliate of Regions Bank, is adding Argyle Benefits Consultants, in a bid to continue expansion of its employee benefits practice in Memphis, US.

Led by founding partner Philip Johnson, Argyle Benefits, along with its partners, Tom Merriam and Chris Rogers, and their four experienced associates, will join Regions Insurance’s Memphis office on 01 January 2013.

The team will continue to offer group employee benefits practice services, including benefit program assessment, creative plan design, program implementation and management to the customers.

Regions Insurance Group president and CEO Curren Coco said, ”Argyle is a great example of our long-term commitment to the Tennessee market and its importance to continued expansion in the Southeast.”

The expansion represents the second addition to Regions Insurance during the fourth quarter of 2012, following establishment of the company’s first office in Atlanta, US, in November 2012.

The office, which has ten associates with expertise in transportation, contracting and manufacturing, and employee benefits, is designed to serve customers throughout Georgia.
