US-based ReconArt has deployed its cloud-based reconciliation software as a service at Fiesta Insurance Franchise as a GL replacement project for its Trust Accounting Department to resolve reconciliation challenges and deliver a platform for its future expansion.

Fiesta Insurance evaluated the solution based on two primary goals that include rapid deployment and a partnership approach.

Fiesta Insurance CFO Gorden Gates said that after implementing ReconArt there has been an immediate 40% increase in productivity levels to automate multiple bank accounts covering their stores’ activities.

The company has plans to move rapidly into Phase 2 for their operational reconciliation’s.
