Quotit, the health insurance industry's IFP (Individual and Family Plan) quoting and enrollment service, has named Ron Goldstein as its new president, effective immediately.

According to Quotit, Mr Goldstein will be leading the expansion of the company’s online tools and services and also national partnerships with insurance brokers, general agencies and insurance companies.

Mr Goldstein currently also is president of CHOICE Administrators Exchanges, administrative branch of CaliforniaChoice Exchange. Both CHOICE Administrators and Quotit are part of The Word & Brown Companies.

The company said that its online tools and proprietary Internet applications enable brokers and consumers to instantly compare hundreds of different health insurance plans, benefits and prices to find the plan that meets a person’s individual needs.
