Quinn-Direct Insurance has selected Fineos to provide it with an enterprise claims management system for its motor and household product lines. Initially, the system will be rolled out in Ireland and eventually expanded to cover all of the insurer's claims operations in the UK and mainland Europe.
Quinn-Direct provides a full suite of general insurance products including private and commercial motor, and household, as well as a range of cover for businesses.
In order to streamline claims processing, Quinn-Direct will implement Fineos Claims, which delivers fully automated claims and case handling, integrated customer relationship management, financial and provider management.
This is achieved through the use of comprehensive single view of the customer information, as well as an integrated platform designed for straight-through processing. All Fineos solutions are web-enabled and designed to be delivered in an open services-oriented architecture as a component-based infrastructure for enterprise applicability and reuse.
