QBE North America has collaborated with Public Risk Underwriters of Texas to provide public entity professional liability solutions for educators, public officials and law enforcement agencies.

The professional and employment practices liability insurance coverage will be offered through QBE North America’s firm’s on an admitted and non-admitted basis.

The new solutions were specifically designed for public officials, educators, public and private K-12 and charter schools.

In addition, they will be provided to law enforcement agencies, including municipalities, townships, port authorities and different law enforcement entities.

QBE North America specialty programs senior vice president Donald Allard said: "QBE North America’s partnership with Public Risk Underwriters of Texas is a continuation of our strategy to broaden our appetite for Professional Liability coverage, working with an established and experienced industry leader in the management of Legal Liability exposures for public entities."
