Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE) has expanded its customized property and casualty insurance (P&C) coverage to owners of well-built, high-value homes in Minnesota, US.

According to the company, the policy will enable the owners to prevent a similar loss from re-occurring by contributing up to $2,500, besides covering the cost of repairing or replacing damaged property, following a claim.

PURE president and chief executive officer Ross Buchmueller said the home owners are eyeing more reasonably priced insurance options, in the wake of reports that Minnesota’s homeowners rates may rise by more than 20% in 2012.

"With PURE, homeowners have the opportunity to find personalized service and enhanced coverage, often at significant savings," Buchmueller added.

PURE, as a specialist insurer is offering a suite of comprehensive insurance solutions for individuals and families with sophisticated needs, broader than that offered by standard carriers.

Apart from Minnesota, PURE is currently licensed in 40 other markets, and can provide customized, high quality coverage for second homes in Scottsdale, Arizona, Naples and Florida.

PURE, a member insurer of the Pure Group of Insurance, provides coverage for high-value homes, automobiles, jewelry, art, personal liability and watercraft to successful individuals and families.
