Protector Holdings, a joint venture of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and Dowling Capital Partners, has acquired California-based BetterWay Insurance Services.
BetterWay offers insurance services to Hispanic consumers, as well as underwrites auto, motorcycle, RV, boat, homeowners and renters insurance coverage from additional Californian locations in Fairfield, Sonora and Visalia.
In 2013, Protector also acquired Premier Insurance Services, which provides a range of insurance products and services to the Hispanic market in the Western US.
The acquired business will be included in the Premier Insurance to expand insurance operations in Northern California.
