ProSight Specialty Insurance has completed the acquisition of Lloyd's Coverholder TSM Agencies and 100% of the capacity rights to Lloyd's Syndicate 1110.
The newly acquired entity, to be renamed ProSight Specialty Underwriters, will be led by Julian Enoizi.
Enoizi, who was previously president and CEO of Argo International, joins ProSight as managing director and will report to ProSight’s global CEO, Joseph Beneducci.
Prior to Argo International, Enoizi was president and CEO of CNA Europe.
ProSight Specialty Insurance said this acquisition will enable it to provide global solutions to its US customers and distributors and expand its business model to global markets.
