Professional Risk Solutions (PRS), a New Jersey-based professional liability wholesale insurance broker, has acquired the assets of Gremesco of Florida, expanding its Professional Risk Solutions' presence within the Southern US marketplace.
Gremesco of Florida is a full service executive liability wholesale insurance broker specializing in hard to place specialty insurance lines.
Chris Goettelmann, president of Gremesco, will join PRS as an executive vice president and will serve as the manager for the firm’s new Palm Beach Gardens office.
Dana Molina also joins PRS as an assistant broker. Molina and Goettelmann placed a large errors and omissions (E&O) policy for an offshore well in the Gulf of Mexico.
PRS CEO De’Andre Salter said that this asset purchase is a component of PRS’ strategic growth strategy that includes adding great people that help us gain access to key markets, products and clients.
