Priority Health, a health insurance company, has launched MyPriority, a new package of health insurance plans for individuals and families across Michigan.

According to Priority Health, the plans feature comprehensive coverage for prevention services and are designed specifically for individuals ages 18 to 64 who are looking to purchase affordable health insurance.

The health insurer said that the Michigan consumers can choose from four different MyPriority packages offering more than 14 customizable options for health coverage.

The plan include: MyPriority U31 plan, a low-cost option for those starting a career or looking for a job, and those who are no longer eligible under their parents’ coverage. The plan offers preventive and prescription drug coverage with an optional accident rider. The plan is designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 with no dependents.

MyPriority HSA is a health plan that is eligible for a tax-advantaged health savings account. It offers three plan options for singles, couples and families, with preventive and prescription drug coverage and an optional accident rider.

MyPriority PPO is a standard health plan with six different plan designs to choose from. The plan is offered to singles, couples and families, with low premiums, preventive and prescription drug coverage, plan-year deductibles and an optional accident rider.

MyPriority Short-term is a health plan for singles, couples and families seeking coverage for one to six months. It offers three different plan designs to choose from and prescription drug discounts.
