New Jersey based Principle Security International has changed its name to Leeward Group Holdings.
Leeward Group, through its wholly owned subsidiaries Sangamon Associates, Flagship Insurance Agency, and Leeward Insurance Agency, operates a full-service insurance agency and consulting firm serving businesses and individuals throughout northeastern US.
The company has five retail locations, of which three are in New England, while the other two are in the mid-atlantic region.
It offers property and casualty, life and health, and specialty insurance programs for individuals, associations and groups throughout the US.
Leeward Group Holdings CEO Kevin Coughlin said that the company’s change is one more step toward building the Leeward brand.
