Poland insurer PZU Insurance Group has deployed Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter as its new platform for non-life sales, underwriting, policy administration and billing operations.
The insurer has also implemented other platforms such as Guidewire Rating Management, Guidewire Reinsurance Management, and Guidewire Client Data Management, in a bid to improve its operations.
The Everest platform, which is backed by the new platform that replaces 21 current systems, supports all channels, including exclusive agents, multi-agents and brokers, across core business processes from sales, customer service and renewals to payments and commission settlement.
