Platform, the intermediary lender of UK-based Britannia Building Society, has announced the appointment of Jason Berry as head of sales. He will be responsible for managing Platform's sales force and shaping the company's sales strategy.
Mr Berry’s primary responsibility will be delivery of Platform’s sales targets through the development of the company’s team of sales professionals. He is also expected to contribute to Platform’s change program with a focus on the development of the core customer proposition.
Mr Berry has worked for Platform’s sales department for over seven years in a variety of roles. He joined in 1999 as a business development manager, progressing to regional sales manager and divisional sales manager before his most recent position as a key account manager.
