Pinnacle Insurance Solutions, an independent insurance brokerage firm, has filed a case against Integro USA, in the US District Court, District of New Jersey.

The complaint filed by Pinnacle includes 11 charges against the defendants, including claims for misappropriation of Pinnacle’s proprietary trade secrets, violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and interference with existing contracts.

Furthermore, Integro USA has also been charged for interference with prospective economic advantage as well as three separate counts of racketeering under the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), three separate counts under New Jersey Civil RICO and punitive damages.
