The Phoenix Companies has introduced an electronic application platform, eApp for the advisors and brokers to improve completion and submission of fixed indexed annuity application forms.
The eApp easy-to-use platform has been designed to enable brokers and advisors to complete applications and instantly submit annuity forms efficiently and accurately through a highly secure web portal.
Saybrus Partners national sales manager Mark Fitzgerald said that the eApp provides accuracy control capability to save extra time and prevent errors in annuity applications submissions for agents, brokers and advisors.
Fitzgerald said, "By utilizing both eApp and the REALIZE platform, agents now have the tools to help guide them through planning conversations to determine the most suitable annuity offering."
The tablet compatible application, eApp can also be used along with REALIZE personal retirement analysis online tool to pre-fill required data fields based on information given during the discussion and product quoting process.
The new platform also highlights incomplete fields to ensure forms are filled out correctly.
