Peak Performance Solutions, a provider of insurance processing solutions, has acquired Claims Harbor. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Claims Harbor provides insurance applications and services to the property and casualty insurance industry. Claims Harbor was a business unit of Harbor Payments, which was acquired by American Express in 2007.
