Peachtree Life Settlements has announced that the Georgia Department of Insurance has granted it a life settlement provider license.
Ernest Jordan, senior vice president with Peachtree and head of its life finance department, said: While we have already been servicing Georgia residents for many years under Georgia’s ‘grandfathering’ provision, I am gratified that the license is now issued.
Jim Terlizzi, CEO of Peachtree Life Settlements, said: We are excited to add Georgia to the extensive list of states in which Peachtree is licensed and we look forward to continuing our operations and our growth in Georgia and nationwide.
