PayFlex Systems USA, an administrator for employee benefit programs, has launched a new mobile application platform, PayFlex Mobile, to allow consumers to access and act on all elements of their personalized healthcare financial benefits.
According to PayFlex, the financial benefits of new app include health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and health reimbursement arrangements from anywhere and at anytime. The app will initially be piloted at several customers and is expected to be available in early summer of 2010.
In addition, the companies deploying PayFlex Mobile will achieve direct engagement with their employees. The new mobile app is designed for any type of mobile device and can be downloaded in a matter of seconds. It also allows consumers to access and act upon their personalized information, on-demand, whether they are at home or in their physician’s office, pharmacy or hospital.
