Patriot National Insurance Group, a workers' compensation insurance services provider, has deployed Vikaran Solutions' WorkersCompExpert (WCE), to address its growing business needs.
The new configurable platform has been designed to fulfill the requirements of insurance companies, by offering 100% mobility to all business users as well as boosting efficiency and productivity.
The insurance holding company said that it has completed a full migration of legacy data into the new platform including the agency portal, policy, claims, billing and reinsurance areas.

Following successful completion of the pilot program, the insurer found the technology to be suitable to meet its business requirements.
Patriot National Insurance Group manages two subsidiaries Guarantee Insurance Company and Patriot Underwriters, and concentrates on workers’ compensation insurance.
