Workers' compensation insurance solutions provider Patriot National Insurance Group has implemented WorkersCompExpert (WCE) platform of Vikaran Solutions to provide business collaboration capabilities for agents and customers.
Meanwhile, the insurance group has completed a full migration of legacy data into the new platform, including the policy, claims, and billing areas.
Patriot National Insurance Group chief information officer Judith Haddad said that the company deployed the new system after two and half years in development, including conversion of all data.
Guarantee Insurance president Charles Schuver said that WCE was built on the principle of integrating innovation and technology to deliver a modern insurance operating platform.
"We are excited to implement WCE and deliver innovative capabilities to our agents, policy holders and strategic partners," Schuver added.
