Patriot National Insurance Group, a Florida-based provider of workers' compensation insurance products and alternative market solutions, has appointed Robert Zamary as senior vice president of the newly formed client enterprise services department.
The insurer said that the client enterprise services unit will integrate policyholder services, billing, collections, and premium audit functions to provide a consistent, predictable and positive service experience.
Previously, Zamary was vice president of claims at Patriot Risk Services and senior vice president of carrier and outsourcing services at Patriot National. Before Patriot National, he was executive vice president and COO at Avizent.
Patriot National Insurance Group CEO and chairman Steven Mariano said client enterprise services will bridge cross-functional boundaries.
"Our goal is to establish a continuous improvement environment with a constant focus on improving service to Patriot National’s policyholders," Mariano said.
