Pan-American Life Insurance has named Richard White as the new executive vice president of domestic markets.

In this newly created position, Mr White will provide leadership and oversight to all areas within special markets, US Hispanic, worksite and the Puerto Rico health business.

His role also includes supervising the development of products and business relationships to ensure growth and profitability consistent with the company’s business objectives and strategies in these areas.

Previously, Mr White was a senior vice president of Group Insurance, a $4 billion business, with The Guardian Life Insurance. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Nebraska.
