US-based OneBeacon Insurance Group has added OneBeacon Services to its line of specialty businesses.
Launched as an extension of OneBeacon Accident and Health, OneBeacon Services provides critical resources that help organizations and individuals better protect themselves from a number of emerging issues, the company said.
According to OneBeacon, the suite of services includes identity management services that provide access to identity theft and resolutions services, as well as single bureau credit monitoring; assistance services that include travel assistance when traveling 100 or more miles from home, and security assistance that protects international travelers and global workforces against terrorism; a discount prescription plan designed to give users access to discounts for prescription drugs; security breach response services; and asset recovery, a program designed to assist individuals in recovering unclaimed funds.
Tina Angelone, marketing director for OneBeacon Services, said: Corporations and associations alike are looking for ways to differentiate themselves. One way is to offer an innovative services package as an employee or member benefit.
