OneBeacon Professional Insurance (OBPI) has entered into an agreement with Equifax to offer data breach services to its Network Security and Privacy Liability Policy insureds.

As part of the agreement, Equifax will provide certain notification, credit monitoring and call center services for OneBeacon insureds, if a covered breach event occurs.

OneBeacon Professional Insurance Content, Technology and Services Division vice president David Molitano said Equifax’s knowledge and expertise will provide improved level of service and confidence to its insureds.

Equifax Personal Solutions business unit president Trey Loughran said the company will support OneBeacon policyholders’ efforts to quickly and appropriately respond to breach situations.

Primarily underwritten by either Homeland Insurance Company of New York or Homeland Insurance Company of Delaware, the coverages are subject to policy terms and conditions and also may not be available in all states.

OBPI is a member of Bermuda-domiciled OneBeacon Insurance Group, and provides employment practices liability insurance, management liability and tailored products for complex organizations.
