To lend her expertise on applications, data architectures and IT planning
Novarica, a research and advisory services division of Novantas focussed on markets, operations, and technology for insurers and financial institutions, has named Martina Conlon as the pricipal to the company.
Ms Conlon, who has experience in insurance technology as a senior executive and as a consultant, spanning property/casualty and health insurance, will bring her distinctive perspective on applications, data architectures, and IT planning to Novarica’s advisory clients. She will join the company as a principal, reporting to insurance practice director Matthew Josefowicz.
Ms Conlon recently served as senior manager of Enterprise Technology for Arbella Insurance, where she was responsible for core application development and maintenance, business intelligence and Arbella’s agent and consumer web presence.
She has also served as principal consultant with technology and consulting firms where she partnered with client senior management to assess current business challenges and goals, current technology state and delivered strategic IT plans, architecture blueprints and migration strategies.
