Northern Mutual Insurance has announced that it will implement Insuresoft's Diamond System as its policy processing system.
According to Insuresoft, the Diamond System is a fully automated and integrated policy processing system for both personal and commercial insurance carriers. There are nearly 400 Diamond modules in production for both personal and commercial lines of insurance across North America.
Mary Rouleau, data processing supervisor at Northern Mutual, said: The time we spent evaluating policy processing systems was well worth the effort. In the end, our existing relationship with Insuresoft and our success with The Diamond System provided enough reasons to remain with the company while we migrated to the most complete policy processing system available.
