Spence & Mathews Insurance has joined Northeast Bank Insurance Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maine-based Northeast Bank.
Spence & Mathews has two offices located in Maine and New Hampshire and under the new arrangement, the previous owner, Craig Linscott, will continue to oversee the two offices with all employees remaining.
