Northbridge Financial Corporation has appointed Craig Pinnock as the company's new CFO effective March 31, 2008, succeeding John Varnell upon his retirement.
Mr Pinnock is a chartered accountant who brings to Northbridge a deep understanding of the North American property and casualty insurance industry.
For more than eight years, he has served in progressively senior finance roles within the Liberty Mutual Group.
Mr Varnell has been Northbridge’s CFO since 2005, having also served on the company’s board of directors from 2003 until 2007.
