To provide customer service for mobile phone insurance customers

The Noel Group has signed an agreement with Assurant, a provider of specialty insurance and insurance-related products and services in US, to provide customer service for mobile phone insurance customers.

CallForce, a Noel Group company based in Stevens Point, will be delivering the services for Assurant. As per the agreement, CallForce will employ over 60 full and part-time employees within the Noel Group offices in the Whiting building on Clark Street, with plans to grow substantially in the next 12 months.

John Noel, president of The Noel Group, said: “First and foremost, we are very pleased to be creating and saving jobs within our community. This partnership with Assurant not only gives us an opportunity to help the local economy, but also to continue providing new and innovative services from right here in Stevens Point.

Sue Bergh, director of Human Resources for the Noel Group, said: We will hire 40 to 50 people initially, with hopes to expand to as many as 100 by year end. Applications are currently being taken to fill these positions. Preference will be given to those with related job experience, and we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others.”

Noel Group specialises in customer service, travel-related services and emergency assistance.
