Siesko Partners, a corporate insurance and risk services firm, and National Insurance Partners have formed a strategic partnership to develop a new insurance product to serve the needs of independent directors.
The aim of the partnership is to inform independent directors about the personal risk associated with their positions and to provide them with a comprehensive protection plan.
