Insurance broker and consultant NFP has purchased Hackett Valine & MacDonald (HVM), for an undisclosed sum.
HVM’s leadership team will continue in their roles, with Michael Walsh shifting to managing director for NFP’s New England region and report to NFP property and casualty CEO Terrence Scali.
Scali said: "The addition of HVM builds upon NFP’s already strong presence in the New England region.
"The team’s expertise in both P&C and employee benefits, as well as its dedication to providing personalized attention and tailored solutions to their clients, complements NFP’s focus and objectives. We are excited to welcome the HVM team."
NFP offers employee benefits, property and casualty, as well as retirement, individual insurance and wealth management solutions for its customers.
