Insurance services management provider National Catastrophe Adjusters (NCA) has purchased TURCO Claim Services (TURCO), for an undisclosed sum, expanding NCA’s commercial loss adjusting capabilities and daily claims services in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio.

The transaction will enhance its footprint as a loss adjusting and claims management services provider in North America.

Following completion of the transaction, the acquired enterprise will operate as a part of NCA Group’s commercial lines subsidiary, NHI General Adjusters.

TURCO Claim Services founder Jeff Turley will remain actively involved in managing the business, which caters multi-line loss adjusting services to insurance carriers in the Midwest.

NHI General Adjusters president Tim Gardner said, "This key addition follows our strategy of attracting high caliber professionals to provide service on a national basis for the complex property loss needs of our insurance company clients."

Post acquisition, TURCO personnel will operate as the Indianapolis office of NHI General Adjusters. StoneRidge Advisors served as financial advisor to NCA Group on the transaction.
