The Navigators Group has said that its principal underwriting agency Navigators Management, has launched NAV PAC Global (NPG), a new foreign package coverage.
Navigators has appointed Susan Fontaine to lead this initiative as senior vice president and practice leader.
The Navigators Group president and CEO Stan Galanski said that the NAV PAC Global will provide critical protection for companies whose employees travel outside the US to conduct business.
Fontaine said that the combination of coverages available on the NAV PAC Global policy will protect the global exposures of US businesses.
“Our new employee foreign protection coverage greatly simplifies the protection available for traveling employees by combining business travel accident coverage with voluntary compensation and employer’s liability to provide true 24/7 coverage.
Our built-in definition of ’employee’ is broad and covers volunteers and temp employees and can be extended to cover others as designated by the employer, Fontaine said.
