Navigators Management Company (NMC), the underwriting agency subsidiary of The Navigators Group, has deployed Fortegra Financial's eReinsure placing platform to manage the procurement of facultative reinsurance in the US and UK.
According to NMC, eReinsure provides internet technologies for reinsurance negotiation, documentation, and other functions that support process efficiency, compliance and management information.
With more than16,000 users, eReinsure provides underwriters with a cost effective and proven control system for managing reinsurance in 80 countries each day.
Fortegra Financial chairman, president and CEO Rick Kahlbaugh said the eReinsure team has built the major platform for placing facultative reinsurance.
"New additions such as Navigators enhance the market network of buyers, sellers and brokers that benefit from this web based interconnectivity," Kahlbaugh added.
