Ohio-based Nationwide Mutual Insurance has selected Optimum Solutions, an implementer of Oracle solutions, to deploy Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.1 suite of Talent Management modules.
Optimum will deploy all of the PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.1 Talent Management modules in phased manner.
The solution will enable the insurer to have a fully integrated Talent Management suite of applications to improve corporate productivity, and lay the foundation for its enterprise-wide Business Intelligence initiative, according to the Optimum solutions.
